A guide to using facilities in ALO!

In ALO, locations within an account can be organized into facilities, allowing multiple buildings or sections of a larger building to be grouped for easy reference. For example, restrooms, meeting rooms, concourses, and other areas can be marked by their facility name or assigned to a specific building.

Utilizing the Facilities Feature

If your ALO account has a large number of locations, searching in the Location bar can return many results, which may make it challenging to find the desired location quickly.

Select the Filter Button near the Location search bar.

By applying the facility filter, the search results are more refined, helping you find exactly what you're looking for!
